What is the process for Wrong Domestic Money transfer?

If any agent has transferred the money to the wrong account then following things are required to raise the reversal request to the bank

  1. Correct bene name
  2. Correct bank name
  3. Correct IFSC
  4. Correct A/C Number
  5. Sender's Aadhaar

Upon receiving the documents we will raise the chargeback to the bank, the TAT of which is35 working days.

Please note that there is no confirmation that the amount will be refunded after the chargeback as the whole procedure is solely taken care of by the bank only.
