Recharges and Bill Payments

  1. For the prepaid recharges, if any recharge is done to a wrong number, there is no such reversal policy at the operator’s end.
  2. For the postpaid recharges if a bill does not get updated at biller end, the TAT of resolving the complaint is within 3-4 working days
  3. If a postpaid bill gets updated twice, then the duplicate amount gets adjusted in the next billing cycle.
  4. For pending transaction TAT is T+1 working days.
