What is externalRef?

externalRef is the Transaction ids that are to be sent from the client's end. Details of externalRef or agent Id is

1- It must be unique for every transaction.
2- Should contain alphanumeric characters.
3- If you use a single externalRef for multiple transactions then all the transactions will be successful.
