Yes, daily 2FA login for AePS are chargeable. Here are the rules for charges when you use 2FA login:

1. If the 2FA transaction status is "successful", you'll be charged.
2. If the 2FA transaction fails due to "Pi (basic) attributes of demographic data did not match",
   "Pa (basic) attributes of demographic data did not match",
   "Biometric data did not match, you will be charged", etc; you will be charged.
3. If the 2FA transaction fails due to any other reasons, you won't be charged.
