I made a payment of AePS and it failed, but the money got debited

Please note the AEPS transaction if failed shall be refunded within 4-5 working days to the customer account directly.
If it does not get refunded within TAT, the customer needs to visit his parent bank and file a complaint sharing the transaction details.

If the Bank declines for the status, customers need to file for the chargeback.
